天影教 — The Society of Hidden Skies
In the hidden crevices of mist-shrouded mountains, beyond the reach of the righteous sects and the corrupt dynasties alike, the Society of Hidden Skies was born.

Centuries ago, during the waning days of the Fifth Moon Dynasty, a great celestial event split the heavens — a rift that bathed the land in silvery shadow. It was during this twilight omen that the first Grand Shadow, a mysterious figure known only as Mo Tian 魔天, descended from exile. Branded heretic by the Eight Great Sects, he walked the path between light and dark, mastering forbidden techniques of both righteous qi and demonic arts.

Rejecting the rigid moral codes of the orthodox world, Mo Tian gathered those cast aside — wandering swordsmen, outcast alchemists, silent assassins, exorcist monks — and bound them by oath under the sigil of 天影 (Heaven’s Shadow). Their doctrine was simple:
“We are not light, nor are we darkness. We are the shadow cast when heaven turns its gaze away.”

Through the centuries, 天影教 has remained veiled in legend, spoken of in fear, reverence, and sometimes awe. Some call us 守影者 (Keepers of the Shadow), protectors of the balance when the world tips too far into tyranny or chaos. Others call us 邪教(Demonic Sect), misunderstanding our pursuit of true harmony that lies beyond duality.

Our warriors tread hidden paths. Our designs reflect sacred beasts, forgotten demons, and celestial omens. Every thread, every blade, every image we share tells the story of a world where honor clashes with destiny — and where those in the shadows may still shape the sky.
